PVC PROCESSING AID

Processing aids are an important class of additives for poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC). At relatively low concentration, processing aids enable the melt processing of rigid PVC and enlarge its processing windows

 

A PVC foaming regulator is actually an acrylic resin based processing aid that has all the basic functions of a PVC processing aid, with the difference compared to conventional processing aids. PVC foaming regulators have higher molecular weight and higher viscosity.

LUBRICATING PROCESSING AID

Lubricating processing aid is a kind of lubricating processing additive with unique function. In the PVC processing and molding process, adding a small amount of this product can not only promote the plasticization of materials, but also have excellent metal peeling effect, better processing liquidity, increase the service cycle, improve production efficiency. It can be used alone or added together with other processing additives to jointly promote plasticization of PVC resin.

CHLORINATED POLYETHYLENE

Chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) is a type of polyethylene that contains 34 to 44% chlorine in its main chain. Used in PVC polyvinyl chloride mixtures; Because soft and rubbery polyethylene chloride is dispersed in the PVC matrix, thereby increasing the impact resistance. In addition, it increases resistance to weather conditions.

FOAMING AGENT

A foaming agent is a material such as a surfactant or a blowing agent that facilitates the formation of foam. A surfactant, when present in small amounts, reduces surface tension of a liquid (reduces the work needed to create the foam) or increases its colloidal stability by inhibiting coalescence of bubbles.

LUBRICATION

OXIDIZED POLYETHYLENE

 

OPE wax is used to improve the thermal stability, melt strength, lubrication system and dispersion level in the production of PVC products. It can promote the melting , improve the surface finish, improve the elasticity of the melt, and enhance the elongation and strength of the melt. The molecular weight distribution of our products is very narrow, moderate viscosity is conducive to increasing the shear force, so that the melt dispersion is more uniform

INTERNAL LUBRICANT

Internal lubricant have good compatibility with the resin, mixed into the resin, reduce the melt viscosity of the resin, improve its liquidity
